Campagnolo’s own craftsmanship gives the Corkscrew a distinctive and unique character. Each phase and each processing takes place in Vicenza, in the hands of those who, for years, have used their experience to give life to Campagnolo products.
The quality of the materials and the accurate finishes accompany the sinuous shapes of the various parts. Each component represents a characteristic feature of the Campagnolo brand. This is the case of the screws that still derive today from a Super Record crankset from the 70s, an element that adorned the bicycles of the fantastic cycling myths of the past Merkcx, Indurain, Gimondi.
A self-centering telescopic bell positions the vermilion exactly in the central part of the cap: once the vermilion is screwed on, the two levers release the cap easily and delicately. This avoids shaking the bottle and lifting the sediments typical of aged wines. Furthermore, the corkscrew is designed in such a way as to never puncture the lower part of the cork, avoiding pieces of cork falling into the wine.
